The Products page

Find products by stage, search and Quick filters, read the counts, and change stock, hub price and folders in the detail pane.

What the Products page shows

The Products page is your whole catalog in one list: products that are still being imported or reviewed, and products that are live on your marketplaces. Click a card on the left to open the product in the detail pane on the right.

Tabs: where each product is

The tabs across the top are the stages a product moves through. Each one has a live count.

  • All — every product, at any stage.
  • Unprocessed — imported, but the AI has not classified it yet.
  • Matched — the AI is sure about the category. Confirm it to move it to Ready.
  • Needs review — the AI was not sure, or a marketplace requirement is missing. See Review products before publishing.
  • Ready — category confirmed and every requirement met. See Publish products.
  • Published — live on at least one marketplace. Stock and price sync from here.

Search and filters

  • Type in the search box to find products by title or SKU. Marketplace, country and folder chips narrow the list further.
  • Open the search popup to see the Quick filters, each with a count: Issues, No cost, Low score, Stock-only and Skipped.
  • The filter that is on shows as a chip in the search box, for example "Filter: No cost". Click its ×, or press Backspace in the box, to turn it off.
  • The line under the page title says what to fix, for example "To fix: 3 with issues · 120 with no cost · 1 with a low score". Click a part to turn that filter on. When there is nothing, it says "Nothing needs fixing".

Counts under a search

When a search, a chip or a folder narrows the list, the counts say what matched. "Found: 1 of 228" means one product matched, out of 228 on the tab. The "x of y" counter that steps you through the products counts only the matched ones too, for example "1 of 1".

Buttons in the header

  • + Add products — create, duplicate or import products. See Add products.
  • Run AI classification — sends products that are waiting to the AI. It shows on the All and Unprocessed tabs.
  • Smart Bulk Resolutions — fixes a missing field for many products at once. See Fix missing fields in bulk.

Editing a product in the detail pane

The top of the pane shows the hub price, cost, margin and stock. You can change these without leaving the list:

  • Stock — click the pen, type the new stock and save. It is sent to every marketplace the product is on. A product with variants has a stock per variant, so this is not offered there. If a marketplace or a feed owns your stock, the pane warns you: its next sync puts its own number back.
  • Hub price — click the pen and type the new price. Every listing without its own price is sent the hub price. A listing with its own price keeps it, and its card then offers Use hub price. This is not offered on a product with variants.
  • Folders — click Change folders and tick each folder the product belongs in. Ticking a folder does not tick the folders under it. Tick none to take the product out of every folder.

Each marketplace the product is live on has its own card, with the price and stock it was sent and the last sync. Push price & stock sends that marketplace the price and stock it should have again.

How we classified this product, under Details, shows how the AI chose the category. A product live on several marketplaces has one block per marketplace, because each marketplace has its own categories.

History lists the latest changes to the product and who made them: stock, hub price and cost changes, and when the AI classified it or someone approved it on each marketplace. A stock change can be undone from its History line with Undo.

Keyboard shortcuts

Press N to create a product, I to import products, and D to duplicate the open product. Shortcuts do nothing while a panel or a dialog is open.
