Schedule a CSV or URL feed that updates price and quantity by SKU — every 15 minutes, hourly or daily — and pushes changes to your marketplaces.
What Price & Stock Sync does
Once your products are published, the Price & Stock Sync keeps their price and quantity current from a feed you control — a CSV file or a URL MarketplaceHub re-fetches on a schedule. Each run updates only the products whose price or stock actually changed, and pushes those changes out to your marketplaces.
Feed in, matched by SKU, only changes pushed out.
Set it up
On the marketplace card, click Set up Price & Stock Sync (the row appears once products are published). The setup is a slimmed-down version of the product import:
Feed description — "Connect your price & stock feed": upload a file for a one-time import, or provide a URL (with optional Basic Auth or Bearer token) that can be re-fetched automatically.
Data mapping — just three fields: map the column holding your SKU, plus at least one of Price and Quantity.
Job setup — "How often should we sync?": Every 15 minutes ("high-frequency stock protection — best to prevent overselling"), Hourly, or Daily. An uploaded file runs once instead — use a URL if you want recurring syncs. The first sync runs right after you save.
How rows are matched
Products are matched by SKU, case-insensitively; if two products differ only by letter case, the exact-case match wins, and a genuinely ambiguous SKU is skipped rather than guessed.
If a SKU appears more than once in the feed, the last row wins.
A change to a product cascades to its linked listings on your other marketplaces — except the marketplace the change came from, so updates never loop.
For price and stock that originate in your Shopify or Etsy store rather than a feed, use real-time stock sync instead.
