Real-time stock sync from Shopify or Etsy

Make your store the source of truth: Shopify webhooks or scheduled Etsy checks mirror price and stock changes onto your other marketplaces by SKU.

Your store as the source of truth

If price and stock live in your Shopify or Etsy store, you don't need a feed — turn on the store's stock sync and MarketplaceHub mirrors changes onto your other marketplaces automatically. Products are matched by SKU, only price and quantity are touched, nothing new is imported by the toggle, and changes are never pushed back into the source store itself.

Shopify webhooks (instant) and Etsy scheduled checks feed price and stock changes into MarketplaceHub, which mirrors them to your other marketplaces by SKU; changes are never written back to the source store.
Your store leads; the other marketplaces follow.

Shopify: instant, webhook-driven

Shopify notifies MarketplaceHub the moment something changes. On the marketplace card, open Set up Price & Stock Sync, pick the Shopify source and flip Enable Real-Time Stock Sync — "the moment a price or stock level changes in Shopify, the matching products here are updated automatically". No schedule, no mapping.

Etsy: scheduled checks

Etsy's API sends no change notifications, so MarketplaceHub checks your shop on a schedule instead — more often while things are moving, less often when they aren't. The toggle reads "Keep my other marketplaces in step with Etsy"; while it's on, price and stock changes in your Etsy shop flow to the matching products and out to your other marketplaces. Turning the connection's pause switch off also pauses the checks; they resume when you re-enable it.
