Review products before publishing

Review AI results on the Inventory page: stage tabs, the detail pane with category and required fields, bulk actions, and Approve until products are Ready.

Where the review queue is

Reviewing happens on the Inventory page. Every road leads there: the marketplace card's AI classification · N need review line on the Dashboard, the AI Import wizard's Review in Inventory button when a run finishes, and the "AI classification finished" bell notification. Each one opens Inventory on the Needs review tab with the marketplace and country already set as chips in the search box, so you see that marketplace's products and nothing else. Remove the chips to see every marketplace at once.

Tabs across the top filter by stage — All, Unprocessed, Matched, Needs review, Ready, Published, Issues and Skipped — each with a live count. Each card shows the product image, title, SKU and its stage; a product that is blocked also names the issue. Click a card to open it in the detail pane on the right.

The detail pane

• Source data (left): your original imported values, including fields that came from linked files.
• Target category: the matched marketplace category with its confidence score, plus up to three "Other candidates" the AI considered.
• AI SEO content (if you enabled the SEO enhancement): the rewritten title, description and bullet points, editable before publishing.
• Required by schema: every field the matched category requires. Values the AI extracted carry an AI badge; missing ones are marked "💡 Not found in source" and need a value. On eBay, the payment, return and fulfillment policy fields are dropdowns over your account's business policies.
• Optional attributes: nice-to-have fields, same idea.

Fill what's missing and press Approve — next item — the pane moves straight to the next product in the tab, so you can clear a queue without touching the list.

Working in bulk

Tick products (or Select all N in this tab) and a bar appears with the actions for that tab: Approve and publish everything that is complete, Re-run AI, Skip and Delete. Skip parks a product for a day: it leaves its tab, waits on the Skipped tab, and comes back on its own — or sooner, with Restore. A required field that a whole category is missing is fixed in one go with Smart Bulk Resolutions.

How products become Ready

• A Matched product with nothing missing becomes Ready the moment you open it and press Approve — a one-click confirm.
• A Needs review product becomes Ready once every required field has a value — filled here, or in bulk via Smart Bulk Resolutions.
• If a publish attempt fails for a product, it returns to Needs review with a "Last publish error" banner explaining why.

When your Ready count looks right, publish.
