The Content media library
Product images are ingested automatically at publish and organized by marketplace; browse, upload, copy URLs and safely delete unused files.
Where your product images live
The Content page is your media library. When products are published, their images are downloaded from the source URLs and stored here automatically — under Root / [Marketplace] / [Country] — so listings never depend on an external image host staying alive. The same image URL is only ever ingested once.
Browsing and uploading
- Directories on the left work like the category tree: create, rename and delete folders, and search them by name.
- The image grid on the right is searchable by image name and loads more as you scroll. Click a thumbnail to open the full-size image in a new tab.
- Upload Images — the first card in the grid — accepts multiple image files at once. Only image files are accepted, and a file whose name already exists in the folder is skipped rather than overwritten.
Using and removing images
- Every card has a Copy to clipboard button for the image's URL — handy for pasting into product fields or anywhere else.
- Deleting is protected: an image that products or variants still use can't be removed — you'll see how many items use the file. Detach it from those products first, then delete.
There's no need to pre-upload your catalog's images — publishing ingests them for you; the library is where you find, reuse and tidy them afterwards.
