1 product = 1 credit, +1 per optional enhancement. What batches cost, what's free (same-marketplace skips, refunds) and how to top up your balance.
1 product = 1 credit. Your balance is shown on the AI Launchpad under Credits Available, together with what the selected run will cost ("This run") and what you'll have left ("After run").
With both enhancements on, a product costs 3 credits. An Attributes for AI section lets you choose which extra source attributes the AI should consider during extraction — all are selected by default.
Products that skip AI cost nothing: the Launchpad's green banner shows how many ("N products skip AI (same marketplace) — 0 credits"). Failed runs don't eat your balance either — if MarketplaceHub can't schedule the work, the credits are refunded and the products return to Unprocessed. Re-running a single product later bills the same per-item price as the original run (see Re-run AI for a product).
When your balance runs low the Launchpad shows "Low credit balance. Contact support to top up." — email [email protected] and we'll sort you out. If you launch a run you can't cover, you'll see exactly how short you are: "Insufficient credits. You have X credits but need Y."
