Import products from Shopify

Pull your Shopify catalog into MarketplaceHub: scope by collections or tags, skip rules with Quick Scan, and Auto-Sync to keep new products flowing in.

Connect the store as a source

On the marketplace card, click Integrate with datasource and pick Shopify marketplace on the Source selection step. If the store isn't linked yet, enter its domain under Store domain (your-store.myshopify.com) and click Connect Shopify to approve the app.

Scope & Restrictions

Choose what comes in:

• Import all active products, or
• Only import specific Collections or Tags — pick them from your store.

Under "What to skip (Junk Filter)", add rules over Shopify fields — Title, Tag, Vendor, Status, Price, Quantity, Images — and choose whether skipping needs ANY or ALL rules to match. The Quick Scan strip estimates the impact live: "N products in scope; your skip rules filter out ~M."

Marketplace Defaults, then Auto-Sync

Set your Marketplace Defaults, then decide how the catalog stays current on the Auto-Sync step:

• Auto-Sync on — imports your current catalog and keeps it up to date automatically: new and updated products in Shopify flow into your Unprocessed queue as they change (powered by Shopify webhooks).
• Auto-Sync off — import on demand instead; the Sync now button in the card's Integration panel pulls the latest catalog whenever you choose.
