Connect eBay
Authorize MarketplaceHub on your eBay account, meet the business-policy requirements, and see what the connection pulls after setup.
Connect your eBay account
- On the Dashboard, click Connect new Marketplace.
- Pick eBay on the Marketplace step, then Continue.
- Choose the country of your eBay account on the Country step.
- On the Redirect step, click Connect Account — you'll sign in on eBay and grant MarketplaceHub access there. Your eBay password stays with eBay.
- The Auth Confirmation step confirms the connection; Go to Dashboard shows your new eBay card.
Business policies are required
eBay listings are created against your account's business policies. Right after connecting, MarketplaceHub pulls your Fulfillment, Payment and Return policies — you need at least one of each. Two different things can go wrong here, and the card tells you which:
- "We need at least one Fulfillment, Payment and Return policy" — eBay holds policies for your account, you just don't have all three yet. Use Manage Policies on the card to create them; you can revisit them any time from the card's ⋮ menu → Manage Policies.
- "eBay Business Policies not enabled" — your eBay account isn't signed up to Business Policies at all, so eBay won't hold any policies for it and Manage Policies can't help until that changes. See eBay Business Policies aren't enabled for how to opt in.
Either way your orders keep syncing — business policies only gate listing.
What happens next
The card's Pulling stage covers the account check and the policies pull. After that, continue with the product import — including the option to pull the listings you already have on eBay.
Each eBay country is a separate connection — run the wizard again for another country.
