Import products from Etsy

Connect your Etsy shop and pull its active listings into the AI workspace — no files or mapping — and re-pull whenever your catalog changes.

Pull your Etsy listings

  1. On the marketplace card, click Integrate with datasource and pick Etsy marketplace on the Source selection step.
  2. If no shop is linked yet, click Connect Etsy shop and approve MarketplaceHub on Etsy (the account needs an existing shop — see Connect Etsy).
  3. Once you see "Connected to [your shop]", click Pull listings & continue.

Your active Etsy listings are pulled in the background and appear in the AI workspace shortly, each keeping its native Etsy id and taxonomy so the AI can translate it for your target marketplace. The step remembers when you last imported; click Pull listings & continue again any time to refresh, or Reconnect a different shop to switch stores.

No files, no mapping

Like the other marketplace pulls, the Etsy source skips the feed, mapping and junk-filter steps — listings come through Etsy's API already structured. After the pull, continue with Start AI Import.

Keeping it current

Etsy's API doesn't send change notifications, so nothing arrives "live" — re-run the pull when your catalog changes. Price and stock are a different story: the optional stock sync checks your shop on a schedule and mirrors price/stock changes onto your other marketplaces automatically.
