What is MarketplaceHub?

An overview of MarketplaceHub: import products from files or stores, classify them with AI, publish to your connected marketplaces and keep price and stock in sync.

One catalog, every marketplace

MarketplaceHub is a multichannel listing platform. You bring your product data in once — from a CSV or JSON feed, or straight from a store you already run — and MarketplaceHub turns it into marketplace-ready listings: AI matches each product to the right marketplace category, extracts the attributes that category requires, and flags anything that needs a human decision before it goes live.

MarketplaceHub connects to Amazon, eBay, Shopify and Etsy.

How it works

1. Connect a marketplace. Authorize MarketplaceHub against the account where you want to sell. Each connection appears as a card on your Dashboard with its own setup checklist. See Connect Amazon, Connect eBay, Connect Shopify and Connect Etsy.
2. Import your products. Upload a CSV file, point MarketplaceHub at a JSON/API feed, or pull listings directly from Shopify, Etsy, Amazon or eBay. Extra files — images, attributes, categories — can be linked to your main file, and junk filters keep unwanted rows out.
3. Classify with AI, then review. The AI Import matches every product to a marketplace category and fills in the attributes that category requires. Products the AI isn't confident about land in a review queue where you resolve them — individually or in bulk.
4. Publish and stay in sync. Publish reviewed products to the connected marketplace. From there, optional automation keeps things current: Price & Stock Sync for feeds and stores, and Smart Pricing rules that reprice within guardrails you set.

What you'll see in the app

The sidebar has six areas: Dashboard (your marketplace cards and setup progress), Categories, Inventory, Content, Automate Pricing and Orders. Almost everything you set up starts from a marketplace card on the Dashboard — see Understand the Dashboard.

Where to start

Work through your Getting Started checklist: create your account, connect your first marketplace, and import your first products. Most merchants have their first batch of products classified the same day they connect.
