Pull the products another source sends to Google into the AI workspace, keeping their Google category and attributes.
Pull your Merchant Center products
Open the import setup for the marketplace you want to fill, and pick Google Merchant Center on the Source selection step. You can also pick your Google store in Products › Import.
Pick the connected Google Shopping store to read from. If you have none, connect one first. See Connect Google Shopping.
Click Pull products & continue.
The products are pulled in the background and appear in the AI workspace shortly. Click Pull products & continue again any time to read them again.
What comes in
The products of your store's country and language that another source sends to Google, for example Shopify's Google app or a feed. Products MarketplaceHub sent itself are already in MarketplaceHub, so they are not pulled again.
Each product keeps its offer id as its SKU, and its Google category, brand, colour, size and other attributes, so the AI can translate it for your target marketplace.
Products that share an item group become one product with variants.
No stock numbers. Google only knows in stock or out of stock, so set your stock in MarketplaceHub. A price in another currency than your store's is left out too.
Good to know
Connecting Google Shopping does not pull anything by itself. You decide when to import.
A product that is no longer in Merchant Center is removed after MarketplaceHub checks with Google. If Google cannot answer, nothing is removed.
MarketplaceHub never sends a product back to Google that another source already sends. Publish it to your other marketplaces as usual.
