Import your first products

Open the Setup Data Source wizard from a marketplace card, choose a CSV, JSON, Shopify, Etsy, Amazon or eBay source, and hand your catalog to the AI Import.

Before you start

Importing always belongs to a marketplace, so connect one first — the import setup opens from that marketplace's Dashboard card.

Open the import setup

On the marketplace card, click Integrate with datasource (step 2 of the card's checklist). This opens the Setup Data Source wizard.

Pick where your products come from

The Source selection step offers six sources: Comma Separated Values (a CSV file or URL), JSON / API endpoint, Shopify marketplace, eBay marketplace, Amazon marketplace and Etsy marketplace.

The Setup Data Source wizard: Source selection, then Feed description, Data mapping, Restrictions, Marketplace Defaults and Job setup, ending at Start AI Import; store and marketplace sources skip the file steps.

Hand off to AI

When the source setup is complete, the wizard's button becomes Start AI Import. That opens the AI Import journey — AI Launchpad, Processing Job, then Review Job — where products are matched to marketplace categories and prepared for publishing. See How AI classification works.

Watch progress on the card

Back on the Dashboard, the marketplace card tracks each stage live: Import Products, Start AI Classification, then review and publish, with a progress bar showing how many products are classified, need review, are ready, or are published.
