Fix missing fields in bulk

Smart Bulk Resolutions groups missing required fields by category — set one value, click Apply, and every affected product updates at once.

Fix one field for many products at once

When a whole category of products is missing the same required field — every t-shirt missing brand, every mug missing material — you don't fix them one by one. The Smart Bulk Resolutions button at the top of the review queue (it shows how many products need review) opens a side panel that groups the gaps for you.

How it works

1. Each card in the panel is one combination of category + missing field — for example brand in Clothing › T-Shirts, "12 items".
2. Type the value into Set default value… and click Apply.
3. The value is written to every Needs Review product in that category missing that field. Products with nothing else missing flip straight to Ready; the tab counts update live.

eBay's business policies get a special card labelled All categories — payment, return and fulfillment policies are account-level, so one dropdown choice applies to every category at once.

Good to know

• The queue stays visible and usable behind the panel — you can spot-check affected products as you go.
• Bulk values land exactly like values typed in the detail pane; open any product afterwards to fine-tune an individual one.
• When the panel says "No missing attribute groups — all products resolved." you're done — head to publishing.
