Amazon and eBay orders sync automatically: search and filter the workspace, confirm shipments with tracking, cancel or refund, and print packing slips.
MarketplaceHub pulls orders from your connected Amazon and eBay accounts on a rolling schedule (roughly every 10 minutes), and the bell tells you when a pull finds something new — "New Amazon orders" / "New eBay orders". Shopify and Etsy orders are not pulled — manage those in the store's own admin.
Orders are a card list on the left with the full order on the right. Find things with the search by order id box or the status chips: All, Awaiting dispatch, Processing, Shipped, Cancelled & refunded and Issues. The detail pane shows the items (with per-item status, quantity, price, tax and discount), the Ship to address and buyer contact, any shipments the marketplace has reported (read-only, in the marketplace's own vocabulary), and a Print packing slip button.
Select the items you're acting on, then use the buttons in the pane header:
Actions are queued and pushed to the marketplace in the background — items lock while an operation is in flight, and the card's status updates as the marketplace confirms. Checking several orders at once reveals bulk Confirm and Cancel (one marketplace at a time — carriers and reasons differ between Amazon and eBay); refunds are always per-order.
Until a marketplace is connected the page simply says "There are no orders yet! Orders sync automatically once a marketplace is connected." The New orders notification category can be muted per user under notification preferences.
Tell us what you were doing and what happened — the notification text or a product SKU helps us find it fast.
