Let Amazon ship your eBay, Etsy, Shopify and Walmart orders from FBA stock: see the fee first, send by hand or automatically, tracking goes back.
If you sell with FBA, Amazon can also ship the orders you get on your other channels. With Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), Amazon picks an eBay, Etsy, Shopify or Walmart order from your FBA stock, packs it and delivers it, and charges its fee to your Amazon seller account. MarketplaceHub sends the order to Amazon, follows it, and sends the tracking back to the channel that sold it.
Amazon's own orders never go to MCF: Amazon already ships them (FBA), or you do.
Open the Amazon store, then Multi-Channel Fulfillment. Each of your other stores has a card. Set it to:
Each card also sets the delivery speed (Standard, Expedited or Priority), the box (any, or unbranded) and whether Amazon may deliver with Amazon Logistics. Amazon fixes these when the order is created, so a change applies to new orders only.
Some channels have rules of their own, and the card keeps them:
Open the order and press Ship with Amazon. MarketplaceHub asks Amazon what it would charge and when it would ship and deliver, and shows it to you. Nothing is sent until you confirm. While Amazon ships the order, it sits under the Marketplace ships tab, and the order's own Confirm shipment, Cancel and Refund sit behind a notice that Amazon ships it, so nobody ships it a second time by mistake.
An Automatic store needs a fee cap: the most Amazon's fee may be for one order. Every 15 minutes MarketplaceHub looks at the store's new orders and sends one to Amazon only when all of these hold:
Orders that arrived before you turned Automatic on are never sent. An order that is not sent stays with you: the order says why ("Not sent to Amazon automatically…"), the bell tells you how many were left, and you ship it yourself or send it to Amazon by hand.
When Amazon ships the parcel, its carrier and tracking number go to the channel that sold the order, once, and the order moves to Shipped there. If Amazon cannot ship the order, the order comes back to Needs dispatch with the reason, and the bell tells you.
A store can also sell your FBA stock: turn on Sell FBA stock on this store on its card. Each SKU then takes its quantity from FBA, updated every few hours, and the listing shows Stock from FBA; you cannot type over that number. SKUs that are not in FBA keep MarketplaceHub's stock. A store whose stock comes into MarketplaceHub from the marketplace itself (Shopify or Etsy stock sync) cannot sell FBA stock.
Press Cancel Amazon shipment on the order. If the buyer cancels on the selling channel, MarketplaceHub asks Amazon to stop too. Amazon can cancel only before it starts picking: after that it ships the parcel, and the order tells you so.
Amazon charges the MCF fee to your Amazon seller account, not to MarketplaceHub. The fee you see before sending is Amazon's own estimate.
