Review and approve price changes

The Price Changes page: approve or reject pending proposals one by one or in bulk, and audit every applied, rejected or failed change in History.

Where proposed prices wait for you

Rules without auto-apply — and every Global-scope rule — don't touch your prices directly. Their proposals land on the Price Changes page (open it from Automate Pricing → Pending Price Changes), which has two tabs:

Pending

One row per product awaiting a decision: marketplace, SKU, product, Current and Proposed price (with the percentage delta), the strategy, and the rule's reasoning. Act per row with Approve / Reject, or clear the queue with Approve all / Reject all.

• Approving writes the new price and pushes it out — batched, one marketplace submit per platform, no matter how many changes you approve at once.
• A product has at most one pending row: if the rule re-proposes on a later run, the row is refreshed rather than duplicated.

History

The permanent audit log: every processed change with From/To prices, its status — Applied, Rejected, or Failed (with the marketplace's error) — the strategy and the date. It loads 100 at a time with a Load more button.

Staying informed

After each run that did something, the bell notification "Smart Pricing run finished" summarises it: "X price(s) updated, Y awaiting approval" — linking straight to this page. It's one rolling notification, so frequent runs never flood your bell. Each rule's detail pane on Automate Pricing also shows its own applied/pending counts with a Review pending shortcut.
