Connect your first marketplace

Use the Setup Marketplace wizard to authorize MarketplaceHub on Amazon, eBay, Shopify or Etsy, and see what happens right after you connect.

Start the Setup Marketplace wizard

Click Connect new Marketplace at the top of the Dashboard (or Connect marketplace on the Getting Started checklist). The Setup Marketplace wizard walks you through up to four steps:

1. Marketplace — pick where you sell. Amazon shows two options, Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Vendor Central; eBay, Shopify and Etsy each show one card. A marketplace disappears from this list once all of its available countries are connected.
2. Country — for Amazon and eBay, choose the country of the account you're connecting. Shopify and Etsy skip this step.
3. Redirect — review where you're headed, then click Connect Account. You'll be taken to the marketplace itself to sign in and authorize MarketplaceHub. Connecting Shopify asks for your store domain here (your-store.myshopify.com).
4. Auth Confirmation — "Congratulations!" You're connected. Go to Dashboard takes you to your new marketplace card.

What happens right after connecting

A card for the marketplace appears on your Dashboard. For Amazon and eBay, MarketplaceHub immediately starts pulling your account details in the background — the card's checklist shows live progress (for example "Checking account details", and for eBay a check that your account has at least one Fulfillment, Payment and Return policy). Shopify and Etsy connections are ready to use straight away.
