Pause or disconnect a marketplace

Use the connection switch to pause pulls, publishes and syncs without losing your setup — and disconnect a Shopify store cleanly when you need to.

Pause a connection

Every marketplace connection has an on/off switch. Turning it off pauses the connection: scheduled pulls, publishes and price/stock syncs for that marketplace stop until you switch it back on. Nothing is deleted — your products, mappings and settings stay exactly as they were.

You'll find the switch in two places:

Switching a connection back on re-arms its schedules. For Etsy, the scheduled stock check resumes only if its stock sync toggle is still on.

Disconnect a Shopify store

A Shopify store connected as an import source can be fully disconnected: open the card's menu → Disconnect Shopify. The confirmation spells out the effect: "Disconnect this Shopify store? Imported products stay in your workspace; sync stops until you reconnect." Disconnecting removes the app's webhooks from your store; reconnect any time from the Shopify import setup.

What about Amazon, eBay and Etsy?

There's no disconnect action for them — pausing is the way to stop activity while keeping your setup. Reconnecting an Amazon or eBay account (via Authorize or the wizard) re-enables it automatically; a paused Shopify or Etsy connection stays paused until you flip its switch back on.

To remove MarketplaceHub's access entirely, you can also revoke the app from the marketplace's own security settings — the card will then show Disconnected until you authorize again.
