Frequently asked questions

Quick answers: supported marketplaces, AI credit costs, image hosting, sync frequencies, approval queues, team access and how to reach support.

Marketplaces & stores

01Which marketplaces does MarketplaceHub support?

Amazon (Seller and Vendor Central), eBay, Shopify and Etsy. Amazon and eBay support one connection per country; Shopify and Etsy support one store each.

02Does MarketplaceHub see my marketplace password?

No. Every connection uses the marketplace's own authorization page — you sign in there, and MarketplaceHub only receives a revocable access token.

03Does MarketplaceHub change anything in my source store?

Importing and stock-watching are read-only. Etsy is never written back to by the stock sync; your store is only written to if you've connected it as a publishing target.

Products & AI

04What does AI classification cost?

1 product = 1 credit, +1 per optional enhancement (background removal, SEO copy). Products pulled from the same marketplace you're publishing to skip AI for free. See AI credits.

05How do I buy more credits?

Email [email protected] — there's no self-serve top-up yet.

06Do my product images stay on my server?

At publish time images are copied into your MarketplaceHub media library, so listings don't break if the original URLs go away.

07Why is my Inventory empty when the import "worked"?

Imported rows live in the AI workspace until you review and publish them — that's the step that creates Inventory products.

Prices & stock

08How often can prices and stock update?

Feed syncs run every 15 minutes, hourly or daily. Shopify changes arrive in real time via webhooks; Etsy is checked on an adaptive schedule (it has no change notifications). See Price & Stock Sync.

09Can price changes wait for my approval?

Yes — leave Auto-apply price changes off on a repricing rule and every proposal queues on the Price Changes page.

Account

10Can I give a colleague limited access?

Yes — invites carry per-area access (Off / Read / Write). See Invite team members.

11How do I contact support?

[email protected]. Include the notification text or the product SKU where relevant — it speeds everything up.
