Trace a publish problem: the Last publish error banner, async feed verdicts, connection state, eBay policies and Amazon plan requirements.
Publishing ends with a "Product publish finished" notification — "N product(s) published to your marketplace", plus a failure count if anything went wrong. Products that failed return to the review queue's Needs Review tab, each with a yellow Last publish error banner quoting the marketplace's exact response. Fix the flagged field, save, and publish again — only Ready products are sent, so re-publishing never duplicates what already went through.
Marketplaces validate listings asynchronously, so a second wave of verdicts can arrive after publishing:
Check the review queue's Published tab — if products are there, MarketplaceHub sent them and the marketplace's own processing may simply still be running. If products are still Ready, the publish batch didn't complete: look for the failure count in the notification, then re-publish. Still puzzled? [email protected] with the product SKU and the Last publish error text.
Tell us what you were doing and what happened — the notification text or a product SKU helps us find it fast.
